What you need:
* Prior experience in care, support work or similar.
* Familiarity with SEND needs and support.
* Ability to motivate and engage pupils through personalised strategies.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong resilience and adaptability in handling challenging behaviours.
What you will be doing:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with a wide range of learning disabilities, including autism, ADHD and challenging behaviours.
* Work closely with teachers to boost learning and confidence in the classroom
* Support pupils with daily routines and learning, managing any disruptive behaviours with confidence and a compassionate approach
