As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we’re looking for a Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping, pricing, and delivering high-quality tours, while helping scale our operations. Key Responsibilities Product & Tour Development Assist in the design and pricing of new football tour experiences across the UK and Europe Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our offer Support the commercial team in developing itineraries that align with client expectations and business goals Operational Delivery Take ownership of operational delivery from initial booking to tour completion Liaise with suppliers, clubs, hotels, and transport providers to ensure every detail is managed Lead on-site logistics when required and provide operational support during tours Client Management & Communication Serve as a main point of contact for clients throughout the whole tour process. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure swift resolution of any issues Prepare professional communications, itineraries, and tour documentation Assist with data processing, invoice management, and account administration Internal Collaboration & Process Work closely with colleagues in sales, content, and finance to ensure smooth handovers and efficient workflows Maintain accurate documentation and supplier records Contribute to process improvements and team operations planning What We’re Looking For We don’t expect you to have done this exact job before – but if you’re an energetic, organised, and sports-loving person with the following, we’d love to hear from you: Experience in product or operational roles, ideally in sport or travel A passion and knowledge for football, travel, and creating exceptional experiences Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong time management and administrative skills with great attention to detail Confidence working across teams and with senior stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint A positive, team-focused mindset and the ability to handle pressure and shifting priorities Essential that the candidate will travel both domestically and internationally with the team tours.
