Responsibilities
* Lead technical design and architecture for scalable solutions in the Digital Trade Documentation program.
* Collaborate across teams to build product‑focused engineering deliverables.
* Mentor developers and advocate best practices, including test‑driven development and CI/CD.
* Drive product direction and technical leadership within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
* Strong experience in C# and Java development.
* Track record of leading projects and product direction.
* Deep understanding of software design principles and system architecture.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test‑driven development.
