If you are a law graduate with a little conveyancing experience then this position for a Paralegal Assistant will really suit you.
Some of your duties will include:
* Providing support to a Senior Conveyancer with residential conveyancing cases
* Liaising extensively with clients and building successful business relationships
* Setting up new case files on management system and updating as cases progress
* Ordering routine property searches and collating required documentation
* Dealing with post completion and exchange of contract matters
* Creating and amending property related documentation and drafting legal documents
