SAP Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager
We are seeking talented individuals with deep design and implementation experience in SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions. This is a high-profile role within the team, requiring strong client delivery skills, whilst supporting business development opportunities to grow the practice.
The successful candidate will be:
1. In the role of a SAP Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Manager, responsible for overseeing end-to-end implementation projects for SAP S4 HANA Finance solutions spanning Financial Planning, Analysis and Budget Forecasting areas.
2. Able to run client design workshops in Finance for requirements gathering and walkthrough of the target solution.
3. Able to translate client needs into effective Finance solutions, providing expert guidance and recommendations based on industry standards and best practices.
4. Experienced in SAP Finance Transformation domains related to Financial Planning, Analysis and Budget Forecasting.
5. Capable of shaping a client’s future Finance roadmap enabled by SAP that might involve complete redesign and build of their existing business processes.
6. Has clear understanding of the overall architecture connecting the wider digital world with core Finance processes.
7. Capable of supporting business development and sales initiatives including bid and proposal support in the SAP S4 HANA Finance area.
The Person
1. Demonstrable experience of having successfully delivered end-to-end SAP S/4 HANA Finance Transformation programmes within a Consulting environment.
2. SAP S/4 HANA system design, build and deployment experience – 3 full lifecycle implementations preferred.
3. Strong knowledge in Financial Planning, Analysis and Budget Forecasting central activities and areas.
4. Demonstrable experience in running and supporting pre-sales activities - RFPs, demos, client engagement.
5. Strong documentation, reporting and presentation skills.
6. Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues, and synthesize large amounts of information.
7. Strong interpersonal, team building, organisational and motivational skills.
8. Strong knowledge of S/4HANA configuration and best practices.
9. Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).
10. Detailed working knowledge of how processes are enabled within SAP.
11. Experience of facilitating a design workshop and then translating the requirements into design.
12. Ability to build strong client relationships based on subject matter expertise and quality of delivery.
13. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with varying team members.
