About the Role
As part of their continued growth, they are seeking to hire an Architect.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Comprehend and develop design projects.
Prepare and refine drawings, models, and images.
Coordinate with internal design teams and external organizations.
Take responsibility for specific design areas as directed.
Maintain evidence of continuing professional development (CPD) and an annual Personal Development Plan (PDP).
Adhere to company procedures and standards.
Assist in other tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements

Legal eligibility to work in the country of the position.
Strong design decision-making and presentation skills.
Proficiency in various media for design development and documentation.
Initiative and responsiveness to direction.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Commitment to lifelong learning and flexibility towards new working methods.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage sensitive information.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks.
Team player with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
Resilience and calmness under pressure.
Understanding of the architect's role in project coordination and management.
Experience in managing junior assistant architects.
Knowledge of financial aspects of design projects.
Proficiency in software such as Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft Office Suite.
