Home Care Assistant
Based in Horncastle.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile & travel time at £12.71 per hour.
Hours: 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm.
Areas Covered: Horncastle, Woodhall Spa and surrounding areas.
No experience necessary – full paid training and induction provided.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle required.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant
Support individuals in Horncastle to live independently in the comfort of their own homes. Every visit is an opportunity to make someone’s day brighter and yours more fulfilling.
Responsibilities
* Assist with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
* Support medication and meal preparation.
* Help with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
* Provide companionship and emotional support.
Requirements
* Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high‑quality care and support.
* Reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* No experience necessary; we have people from hospitality, retail, and customer service.
* Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
