As a Senior Workday Adaptive Consultant, you will support the delivery of world-class planning and reporting solutions across various industries — from small businesses to large enterprises. You will manage all stages of the project lifecycle — from building advanced planning models to maintaining strong client relationships. Autonomy in your daily tasks is essential, and prior experience working independently is required. The role involves regular travel, including occasional overnight stays.
Key Skills & Experience:
* 3+ years of hands-on experience building models using CPM tools such as Adaptive Insights, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, or Anaplan
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a solid understanding of modern IT systems, including cloud and SaaS technologies
* Commercially aware, client-focused, and self-driven
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with ERP systems and experience integrating financial data is advantageous
* Finance background with experience in financial modeling (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver effective, high-quality solutions on time and within budget, understanding client goals and expected outcomes
* Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and proactive risk management
* Apply analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions, collaborating when necessary
* Assess client needs quickly and propose tailored solutions using your technical expertise
* Manage workload efficiently, handling multiple tasks independently in a dynamic environment
