What’s the role all about?
As our Pathway Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our College operations—working closely with the senior management team to ensure every learner’s journey is smooth, supported, and full of opportunity.
You’ll be:
* Overseeing the day-to-day running of the College.
* Supporting a group of students through their learning journey.
* Coordinating admissions, transitions, and individual learning plans.
* Managing systems and processes across finance, personnel, and student matters.
* Collaborating with external agencies, feeder colleges, and families.
* Championing quality, safeguarding, and inclusion.
* Helping shape the future of our provision with creativity and confidence.
What we’re looking for:
You’ll be someone who’s:
* Experienced in working with young people with learning disabilities.
* A natural organiser, communicator, and problem-solver.
* Confident working independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Skilled in managing systems, data, and processes.
* Passionate about inclusion, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.
* A car driver with flexibility to attend occasional evening meetings.
Bonus points if you have:
* Experience in the education sector.
* A Level 3/4 qualification (or willing to work towards one).
* Knowledge of assessment and audit processes.
