They specialise in bespoke joinery and high-end cabinetry, and our projects have high quality standards and tight deadlines.
Were seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join their friendly Joinery Department at their workshop in Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company that values craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail.
What Youll be Doing
* Producing high-quality joinery items to detailed drawings and specifications.
* Using a wide range of woodworking machinery, hand tools, and finishing techniques.
* Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the joinery team to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Bench Joiner with a recognised joinery qualification.
Minimum 2 years experience working in a joinery workshop.
* Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
* A self-motivated, reliable team player with a commitment to high standards.
Hours, Pay and Benefits
Competitive hourly rate dependant on experience
40 hour per week with opportunity for overtime
25 days holiday per year plus 8 statutory/public holidays (including company Christmas shutdown).
* Pension: Enrolment into the Company pension scheme (NEST).
