This role is ideal for experienced Home Managers or Deputy Managers of care homes who are ready to step into a high-profile leadership role where you can make a real difference.
What You'll Bring
* A relevant qualification such as RGN or QCF Level 4/5 in Social Care Management (or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a care home setting, ideally as a Home Manager or Deputy
* Strong knowledge of Health and Social Care legislation, Health and Safety and compliance frameworks
* Strength in leading, motivating and developing diverse teams
* Confidence managing budgets, occupancy and operational performance
* A collaborative approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
