Responsibilities: We develop and maintain document designer templates to ensure maximum efficiency and usability for end users. We support testing and implementation of new functionality within the back-office system. We assist with maintaining and improving systems and operational processes across the business. We produce regular and ad-hoc reports, data analysis, and management information. We support system updates, data cleansing exercises, and operational reporting activities. We ensure accuracy and consistency of data across internal systems, escalating issues where appropriate. We work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure adherence to system processes and data standards. We contribute to operational improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, workflow enhancement, and client service delivery. We identify process inefficiencies and support the implementation of scalable operational solutions. We assist with annual tax year-end legislative updates across multiple systems. We support process mapping and documentation to improve consistency and operational performance. We provide support with operational, system, and IT-related queries when required. We maintain accurate training and development records in line with company procedures.
