We’ve helped upgrade the energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions on thousands of homes and pride ourselves on high standards, resident-centred delivery, and meaningful carbon and cost savings. What the role involves As a Retrofit Coordinator, you’ll oversee each retrofit project from start to finish, assessing risk, ensuring compliance, managing delivery plans, and coordinating input from assessors, designers, and installers. You’ll work across a portfolio of domestic properties, ensuring all works meet the latest PAS2035, 2030, MCS and TrustMark requirements. You’ll use our digital tools, internal systems, and CDE platforms (such as PASflow and BIM) to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth resident journey from assessment to evaluation.
