Head of Finance – Manufacturing We're recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturing business for an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function and sit on the Senior Management Team. The Role You’ll own all financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and compliance, while driving process improvements and supporting strategic decision‑making. You’ll also lead a small finance team and manage key external relationships (auditors, insurers, bankers, IT partners).
