Are you an experienced leader with a passion for building resilience and driving positive change?
Our Client are looking for a Head of Operational Resilience to take on a pivotal role in shaping and safeguarding the operational strength of our organisation. In this newly created leadership position, you'll lead the development and execution of resilience strategy, ensuring the company is prepared to face any disruptions and continue delivering with confidence.
This includes:-
1. Lead Strategy Development: Own the creation and continuous improvement of an operational resilience strategy that aligns with industry best practices and regulatory standards (e.g., FCA).
2. Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage risks, from cybersecurity to third-party vulnerabilities, ensuring operational continuity and safeguarding key business services.
3. Crisis & Incident Management: Develop and refine crisis management plans, ensuring that your team is always prepared to respond effectively to any challenges.
4. Foster Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, embedding resilience thinking into the company culture and making resilience a shared responsibility across the business.
