The Role
Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, the
Executive Assistant & Office Manager
will provide high-quality executive support to senior leaders while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the London office.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in senior executive assistance alongside hands-on office operations support.
Key Experience:
Supporting senior executives with complex diaries, travel coordination, and confidential matters, combined with office administration and coordination experience.
Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage diaries, meetings, and travel for senior leaders (Global VP, Director, Head of Legal)
* Act as a trusted point of support for confidential and sensitive matters
* Coordinate meetings, materials, actions, and follow-ups
* Oversee light-touch office operations within a managed office environment
* Support office culture initiatives, events, and visitor management
Exeperience Required:
* Proven 4+ year experience supporting executives in an EA or senior PA role
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
* High levels of discretion, judgement, and professionalism
* Availability to work in the office at least four days per week
* A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive and collaborative mindset
