Job Title: Early Years Practitioner
Location: Sheffield (S20)
Pay rate: ££14 per hour (Depending on experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Flexible & Full-time

GSL Education are hiring a nurturing and energetic Early Years Practitioner to join a busy EYFS setting in Sheffield (S20). This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive team dedicated to delivering high-quality early years provision.
This setting is looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and confident working in a fast-paced environment. Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare is preferred, and both flexible and full-time opportunities are available.
Main Duties of EYP:
* Support children’s learning and development through play-based activities.
* Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment.
* Assist with personal care needs where required.
* Encourage communication, social, and emotional development.
* Work closely with the EYFS team to deliver planned activities.
* Observe, assess, and record children’s progress as Early Years Practitioner.
Essential Requirements:
* Experience working within an EYFS or nursery setting.
* Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (preferred).
* Nurturing, patient, and energetic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Good understanding of safeguarding and child development.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
