We're looking for Team Leaders to lead our in-store Online teams and drive our performance forward for our customers.
As an Online Team Leader, you’re the driving force behind our in-store Online team. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Create a team that delivers outstanding, friendly, and helpful service to all our customers.
2. Create an engaging department environment where colleagues are trusted to place customers at the heart of everything they do and actively contribute ideas for improvement.
3. Build a supportive and performance-driven culture where achievement and contributions are recognized and rewarded.
4. Analyze department data to identify opportunities to simplify and speed up processes, as well as identify risks and solutions.
5. Ensure all policies, procedures, and legal obligations are followed as specified by the company.
6. Have responsibility for ensuring all orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered within the required time scale, with a minimal number of substitutions.

You’ll be someone who:
o Can build and maintain effective relationships
o Has experience in developing and leading teams, coaching to build competence and confidence for high performance
o Possesses strong operational and technical knowledge of the Online department
o Can effectively plan, organize, and manage your own and your team’s workload
o Can work to strict deadlines
