We are seeking a talented BI Platform Architect to support and document the design and implementation of technology within specific work packages, aligning with technical frameworks. The role includes systems configuration and implementation where appropriate.
Responsibilities
* Create and implement BI, Analytics, and Engineering technology components aligned with technical solutions.
* Collaborate with engineering and business teams to ensure high-quality infrastructure design.
* Embed technical frameworks into the data team, including key design decisions.
* Stay updated with data technology solutions and propose relevant enhancements.
* Ensure designed components meet project requirements and assist with strategic design proposals.
* Participate in design reviews and technical meetings, driving process improvements.
Qualifications
* Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Databricks).
Technical Skills
* Proficiency with Azure, Databricks, PowerBI, AWS, Google Cloud, and data management services.
Operational Experience
* Experience in engineering, agile, and DevOps environments; familiarity with Git, Jira, GDPR compliance.
Communication Skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
Leadership & Problem-Solving
* High integrity, clear thinking, results-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
Quality Focus
* Detail-oriented, commercially aware, passionate about using data to drive success.
