Overview
Join the global leader in music and entertainment at the heart of where music meets fashion. This is a key commercial role within our merchandising division, responsible for managing major UK retail accounts and delivering growth through strategic brand placement and product development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow UK high street retail accounts, driving revenue and margin performance
* Manage product delivery from concept through to store, liaising with internal teams (production, creative, finance, supply chain)
* Forecast and track monthly sales and account performance
* Build relationships with retail buyers, presenting new artist merchandise and collections
* Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to deliver creative campaigns
* Coach and oversee workload of the Sales & Marketing Coordinator
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience in national/key account management (fashion, accessories, or lifestyle sector)
* Strong commercial acumen: budgeting, P&L, forecasting
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Proficient in Excel; able to analyse and present data effectively
* A strong grasp of UK retail landscape and existing industry relationships
* Passion for music, branding, and retail trends
