Job responsibilities WHAT YOULL DO You will use your expert knowledge of health care services and non-medical workforce to develop and lead specific workforce transformation projects related to integration and development of the workforce across primary, secondary and community cancer care leading to improved patient experience; evaluating impact of transformation and sharing this locally, regionally and nationally. Encourage and enthuse others to implement change at many levels, from local department improvements to broad implementation of national initiatives and directives. Developing positive and effective relationships and building trust will be a key part in being successful in this role. Ensure that the patient and our population at large, remain at the heart of all the transformation work you do, explicitly seeking feedback, co-designing and collaborating with the public and the WCA patient and public group to shape the project work. WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR You will be able to work with a high degree of autonomy, shaping transformation projects and supporting and enabling colleagues to do the same. You will need to be able and happy to to travel as part of this role as a requirement is to working across the cancer services in Dorset, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight
