The Resourcing team supports our objectives by attracting, identifying, and selecting diverse talent to meet our ambitions. We aim to establish a compelling employment brand, engage hiring managers as talent champions, and build a top-tier recruitment and onboarding experience.
The Resourcing team is part of the Human Resources department, alongside the Executive Resourcing, Early Careers, and Talent teams. We are passionate about placing the right people in the right roles at the right time to help the FCA meet its objectives.
What you will be doing
* Managing the resourcing service via an outsourced provider (team of 40 across the UK) for operational recruitment & onboarding services.
* Managing the in-house resourcing team of 5 people.
* Building capability by identifying and hiring skills needed for present and future needs.
* Leading the Resourcing workstream of our 3-year DEI programme to support, attract, and hire diverse talent through inclusive recruitment processes.
* Establishing leaders across the FCA as talent scouts to aid in talent identification and attraction.
* Managing the FCA employment brand and its integration with the FCA EVP, including careers website, social media, and internal branding.
* Driving talent collaboration across HR, especially between resourcing & talent and organizational capability teams, to utilize talent data effectively.
* Overseeing demand planning by working with SHRBP’s and the business to ensure accurate workforce plans that inform resourcing activities.
* Building strong relationships across HR and with key stakeholders to promote the talent acquisition agenda.
* Using data to optimize recruiting efforts, making strategic adjustments to improve efficiency, quality, and team performance.

The Skills And Experience You Will Have

* Proven experience managing an in-house experienced hires resourcing function for a medium-large organization.
* Experience managing an outsourced resourcing provider across RPO and MSP models.
* Previous line management experience.
* Experience reviewing and improving resourcing strategies to align with business objectives.
* Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels, with the ability to challenge and influence.
* A pragmatic, proactive, curious mindset with solutions-oriented thinking to address challenges while maintaining customer focus.
* Accountability-driven individual who owns initiatives and delivers outcomes, continuously improving HR offerings.
* Data analysis experience to inform resourcing activities.
* Ability to manage competing priorities under pressure with resilience.
* Experience collaborating across HR functions such as Reward, Talent, and Business Partners.
* Ability to quickly learn and utilize Workday functionality.
* Experience or ability to lead DEI initiatives related to resourcing and recruitment.
