About the Role:
As a senior figure in the office, you will play a key role in driving revenue, supporting the Branch Manager, and ensuring clients receive an exceptional and outstanding experience. This is a rare opportunity to join a respected name in the industry, where quality takes precedence over quantity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market appraisals and convert valuations into instructions
2. Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion
3. Mentor and support junior team members
4. Assist in the day-to-day management of the branch
5. Help lead the team to exceed sales targets and deliver first-class service
6. Uphold and represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and buyers
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
8. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Sales Negotiator or Sales Valuer
9. Experience within a premium or high-end property environment (preferred)
10. A polished, professional, and empathetic demeanour
11. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
12. The drive and ambition to go the extra mile for clients
13. A full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)
