Applications are invited for a Food Services Supervisor to work within the Catering Department, Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary (DGRI).
Hours of duty 37 per week. Weekend Work will be involved
Times of Work - Earliest start 6.30am, latest finish 8pm
Duties will include the organisation of work rotas, the effective deployment of staff and day to day supervision of all aspects of preparation, service, cleaning and wash up related to the provision of a high quality catering service to Patients, Staff, Visitors and Functions.
As from 1st April 2026, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
