As a Residential Worker in the Community & Social industry, you will play a crucial role in supporting individuals within a residential setting. Your primary purpose will be to provide care, guidance, and assistance to residents, ensuring their well-being and promoting a safe and supportive environment. This position is vital in helping residents achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily support and supervision to residents in a residential facility.
* Assist residents with personal care tasks and daily living activities.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with other team members.
* Monitor and document residents' progress and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
* Facilitate recreational and social activities to promote community engagement.
* Ensure the safety and security of residents by maintaining a clean and organized environment.
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other stakeholders to address needs and concerns.
