The Vacancy
Starting salary £28,826 per annum, with room to develop and progress through the pay grade banding to £31,819 on a competency-based framework.

Key Responsibilities:
* Increase engagement and maximise income from events
* Support the development and delivery of events, activities, and campaigns
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with event participants
* Support the analysis of donor data to guide decision-making
* Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver marketing activities
What We're Looking For:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage and inspire
* Understanding of supporter/customer engagement strategies and the importance of the supporter experience
* Previous experience in event management, fundraising, and/or marketing
* Familiarity with CRM databases
* Understanding of the charity sector and fundraising regulations
