Support Worker
We are looking for a support worker to join our Service in Llandudno Junction.

The people we support are adults aged between 18 and 65 years of age who may have a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health. Support 1-1 and continue to promote positive well-being.
Creating a safe and happy place where those we support can receive excellent care and positive support.
This is within residential service for up to 8 adults located in the village of Mochdre.
Able to work independently, multitask, organise and prioritise work to suit the people we support.
Exceptional at building relationships and influencing at all levels, internal and external.
Quick learner, hands-on, willing to be flexible in tasks and activities.
Flexible as shifts are on a rota basis and can be mornings, lates weekends and covering wake nights when required
