About the Role As an HLTA, you will: Deliver structured learning activities and interventions across a range of subjects. Support teachers by preparing resources and managing classroom activities. Provide individual or group support to students with additional learning needs. Supervise whole classes in the teacher's absence when required. Contribute to behaviour management and promote a positive learning environment. Assist with assessment and record-keeping to monitor student progress. Requirements HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience. Proven experience working in a secondary school environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
