We are working with a well-established and respected professional services firm to recruit a Senior Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. Based in Catterick, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy, collaborative team in a long-term, stable role.

This position will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the office, providing essential administrative support to a busy team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Include:
·Providing day-to-day administrative support including letter writing, emails, filing, and audio typing
·Creating and updating Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
·Answering telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner
·Managing incoming and outgoing post, including local post office drop-offs when required
·Diary and inbox management for multiple team members
·Processing monthly invoicing using Sage and Coretime, and managing petty cash
·Monitoring and replenishing office supplies and consumables
·Attending meetings and taking accurate minutes
·Supporting the Head of Office with wider office coordination duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
·A warm, professional telephone manner and strong communication skills
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint
·Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
·The ability to prioritise a busy workload and work independently
·A proactive, solution-focused attitude
·Experience using CRM systems is desirable but not essential
