This is an exciting opportunity to work with a conservation charity to design and deliver their internalmunications strategy. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will also work closely with the Strategicmunications team to shapemunication for a diverse, passionate and geographically dispersed team.
Your new role
Working closely with the Head of People Services and the Head ofmunications, you will develop and execute aprehensive internalmunications strategy aligned with the organisation's values and strategic priorities. You will lead and coordinate the delivery of internalmunications across a variety of platforms, including intranet, e-newsletters, events, blogs etc. You will create original and engaging content and campaigns tailored for internal audiences to support initiatives as well as advise on new platforms and channels to enhance effectiveness. You will collaborate with teams across the organisation to identify priorities and support in generating content and to provide editorial support. You will also be responsible for measuring and analysing the effectiveness of internalmunication efforts, using insights to improve engagement across this diverse organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have significant experience in designing and improving internalmunications strategies with a track record of growing engagement through internal channels. You will have strong editorial skills and judgement, and the ability to create high-quality, impactful content tailored for internal audiences. You will have a meticulous eye for detail with the ability to tailormunications to audience needs and to distilplex information into simple, clear,pelling messages. The capacity to work independently as well as part of an international team, collaborating across multiple time zones is required for this exciting post.
What you'll get in return
This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £45,000 - £50,000. 32 days annual leave including public holidays + 2 gift days and volunteering days.
