Service Care Solutions is working alongside a dynamic law firm, based in Walsall, which is seeking a skilled Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their Dispute team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality litigation services to clients, driving business growth, and contributing to the expansion of our department.
Key Responsibilities
* Deal with a broad range of commercial litigation matters from start to completion. This will include but is not limited to complex shareholder/director/partnership disputes; Injunctive relief and contractual claims.
* Handle commercial disputes between shareholders and directors or professional negligence.
* Provide team support and mentoring when required.
