Are you a senior heat pump engineer looking to progress into a management role with a secure and rapidly growing company?

If successful you will be joining a leading renewable energy firm with over 15 years of industry expertise. Following sustained growth across both domestic and commercial sectors, their thriving Sussex-based office is looking to further expand its talented workforce.
Your role in the company will involve overseeing of heat pump projects usually focused on 8-figure residential projects spanning various renewable systems including EV, Solar and Heat Pumps. This will include overseeing of engineers and subcontractors as well as project planning and survey reviews.
The ideal candidate for this role will be confident on heat pump installations and design and will be happy as a go to technical point of contact. They will feel comfortable leading a team including driving culture and high work standards.

* Overseeing of 8-figure residential heat pump projects
* Managing a team of engineers and subcontractors
* Ensuring smooth project completion from start to finish

* Experienced in Heat pump installation
* Experience on Heat Pump design
* Confident in leadership ability
