We are looking for talentedProduction Associatesto join our team specializing inManufacturingfor ourAssemblyinCumminsinUK, Cwmbran
Working 37.5 hours per week on a weekly rotating shift pattern of:
* Mornings: Monday to Thursday 6.00am to 2.00pm & Friday 6.00am to 1.30pm
* Afternoons: Monday to Thursday 2.00pm – 10.00pm & Friday 1.30pm – 9.30pm
* Nights: Monday to Thursday 10.00pm to 6.00am & Friday 9.30pm to 4.30am
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Run and Set Assembly Lines, Including Change Overs, use of HMI’s/Robot Pendants
* Provide training to new operators including all relevant documentation
* Assemble, Test and View components
* Complete and Record necessary Quality Control Checks at required frequencies
* Adjust various Assembly and testing equipment
* Carry out minor maintenance tasks and elementary routine preventative maintenance
* Carry out routine rework and scrap procedures
* Ensure continuous improvement activities take place
* Ensure good housekeeping (5S) and safe working practice in the area
* Undertake Training as required

Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position
Education/ Experience:
* High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
* Experience working with automated manufacturing systems, including robotics and programmable logic controllers (PLC'S), with the ability to troubleshoot automated equipment.
