We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Garden Centre Sales Assistant to assist in daily operations at our garden centre. This role involves ensuring excellent customer service, cash handling, merchandising and stock rotation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and sales, with exceptional communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Interacting with our customers to ensure a high standard of customer service.
* Working within a team environment
* Merchandising products and stock rotation.
* Assist customers with their needs
* Cash handling and till work
* General tidiness within the garden centre each day.
Experience
* Proven experience within a retail or garden centre environment is preferred.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
* Demonstrated organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
