Key Responsibilities
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and equipment inspections.
Diagnose mechanical or plumbing faults and perform timely repairs.
Complete planned preventive maintenance tasks.
Work alongside production teams to address urgent maintenance issues.
Maintain simple maintenance logs and documentation.
Assist with the installation and testing of new machinery.
Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards.
Manage spare parts and liaise with external contractors when required.Desirable Skills & Experience
Experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or plumbing (industrial environment preferred). Plumbing experience is preferred, but applicants with general maintenance skills will also be considered for a junior‑level position.
Qualifications such as City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent).
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving ability.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work overtime when required.
Physically fit and confident with hands‑on tasks.What’s on Offer
Competitive salary (£35,000–£50,000 depending on experience)
