FLT Counterbalance Driver (B1) – Night Shift
People Solutions are currently recruiting for FLT Counterbalance Drivers (B1) to join a busy and well-established logistics operation based in Cumbernauld. This is a full-time night shift role offering ongoing work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Please note: This role is Monday to Friday nights, and availability to work Friday night into Saturday morning is essential.

• Monday to Friday• 00:00 – 09:00
Rates of Pay
• £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties
As an FLT Counterbalance Driver, your duties will include (but not be limited to):
• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently• Loading and unloading vehicles• Moving, stacking, and relocating stock within the warehouse• Supporting general warehouse duties when required• Adhering to all health & safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
To be successful as an FLT Counterbalance Driver, you will need:
• Valid RTITB B1 Counterbalance FLT licence (B1 category essential)• Proven experience operating a Counterbalance FLT• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused approach• Ability to commit to night shift work, including Friday night into Saturday morning
Desirable Experience
• Experience within a logistics or distribution environment
Training Provided
• Full industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
