The Role
This is a hands-on, content-first social role focused on creating engaging, high-performing content across Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
You’ll support the Social Media Manager in bringing the brand to life through video, from idea through to execution - while staying on top of trends and driving engagement across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
* Create and edit high-quality, engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts
* Stay ahead of social trends, formats and platform updates to maximise reach and engagement
* Support planning and execution of social content calendars aligned to brand campaigns
* Manage community engagement across platforms (comments, DMs, interactions)
* Analyse performance and optimise content based on insights
* Support YouTube channel management (uploads, optimisation, metadata, thumbnails)
* Collaborate with creative, influencer and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand output
* Repurpose and maximise content across channels for efficiency and impact
What They’re Looking For
* 2+ years’ experience in a social media role
* Background in beauty / skincare highly desirable
* Strong experience across Instagram, TikTok and short-form video
* Confident in filming, editing and content creation (with a strong eye for detail)
* Passion for social trends, content and storytelling
* Experience working with a founder or influencer-led brand is a plus
* Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
