We are looking for a confident, self-motivated and creative Marketing Executive who will uphold our clients standards of excellence and play a key role in marketing the brand across all channels.
MY ROLE AT A GLANCE
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting and delivering best in class marketing initiatives across all channels (e-commerce, retail, social, PR) to maximise brand awareness and customer loyalty. You will support campaigns, content, events, and community programs while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. You will use insights and trend analysis to strengthen brand presence and deliver seamless customer experiences. In line with company objectives, you will support the continued growth plans for GATINEAU, expanding brand presence and driving performance.

A DAY IN THE LIFE
* Support the planning and execution of omnichannel campaigns across e-commerce, retail, social media, PR, and community platforms.
* Support the execution and maintenance of brand positioning, identity, and messaging across all touchpoints.
* Gather and share consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform marketing activation and decision-making.
* Coordinate with internal teams (product, creative, commercial) to ensure smooth delivery of go-to-market initiatives.
* Assist in briefing agencies and tracking deliverables across creative, PR, social, and digital partners.
* Assist in preparing sell-in decks, presentations, and brand materials to support commercial and market-facing conversations.
* Manage UGC and EGC from concept to execution.
* Manage and develop the GATINEAU Insiders programme and community engagement initiatives.
* Support the upkeep and optimisation of the brand website, including updating banners, imagery, copy, blogs, and product listings.
* Conduct regular website/etailer audits to ensure content accuracy and optimisation, identify improvements, and benchmark against competitor sites.
* Support partnership and collaboration outreach, including competitions and giveaways, and coordinate related logistics.
* Coordinate PR mailers and manage associated logistics.
* Support the planning and delivery of brand and customer events, including press events and consumer panels.
* Assist in the creation and implementation of customer surveys to gather feedback and insights.
* Analyse customer insights, competitor activity, consumer trends and best marketing practices to build successful strategies.
* Support the development of marketing presentations for NPD, brand, e-commerce, and distributor initiatives.
* Support the delivery of B Corp communications, charity partnerships and consumer education initiatives.
* Manage logistics with external partners including photographers, printers, and suppliers.
* Provide general marketing support including sample send-outs, meeting coordination, asset management, and newsletter preparation.
* Track PR and social coverage and assist with monthly reporting.
MY CORE OBJECTIVES ARE
* Deliver integrated omnichannel marketing campaigns
* Support the planning, coordination, and execution of campaigns across e-tail, retail, social, PR, events, and community channels, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with brand goals.
* Strengthen brand presence through compelling content and community engagement
* Manage and optimise website and e-tail content, oversee UGC/EGC programmes, and develop community initiatives and partnerships to drive engagement, advocacy, and high-quality on-brand content.
* Leverage insights to enhance marketing performance and brand growth
* Monitor consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategies, while supporting activations and initiatives that increase brand visibility and deepen customer relationships.
WHAT I BRING TO THE ROLE
* Previous experience in a similar marketing role (min 4 years’ relevant experience)
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to achieve
* Strong creative vision
* Professionalism regarding time, costs and deadlines
* Understanding and passion for the beauty sector
* An excellent understanding of social media platforms and editing software would be beneficial
