Part-Time EYFS / KS1 Teacher – Mixed Age Class Via Teaching Personnel | Permanent Role | 2 Days per Week Key Details: Location: Lancashire (rural setting) Days: 2 days per week Contract: Permanent Start Date: September 2026 Pay: MPS / UPS (dependent on experience) Agency: Teaching Personnel Teaching Personnel are proud to be working in partnership with a small, nurturing primary school to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time teacher to join their team. This role involves teaching a mixed Reception and Key Stage 1 class, offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher to make a real impact in a supportive, child-centred environment. ‍ The Role: Deliver high-quality teaching within a mixed EYFS / KS1 class Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to individual pupils Assess progress effectively and adapt teaching accordingly Work collaboratively with a small, supportive staff team Contribute positively to the wider school community ✅ The Ideal Candidate Will: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree Demonstrate strong knowledge of the EYFS and KS1 curriculum Have a proven track record of excellent classroom practice Be confident using assessment to inform teaching and learning Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills Thrive as part of a close-knit team and contribute to school life ⭐ Desirable: Experience teaching in mixed-age classes Paediatric First Aid qualification Experience leading a subject or curriculum area What Teaching Personnel Offers: Access to a dedicated Education Recruitment Consultant Ongoing CPD and professional development opportunities Support throughout the application and interview process Opportunity to secure a permanent role within a supportive school ⚠️ Safeguarding & Compliance: Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
