Overview
CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management. We are recruiting for a Electrical Engineer role. The position is Slough based but may require travel to alternative sites to manage reactive, planned and compliance tasks.
Responsibilities and daily activities
* Ensure the efficient and effective operation, maintenance and repair of the site's M&E plant, equipment and services.
* Organise and assist in reactive repairs to the site systems.
* Prioritise Planned Preventative Maintenance tasks to achieve optimum levels of service delivery.
* Ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance is carried out in line with task schedules and industry best practices.
* Attend CBRE courses when required.
* Meet operational day-to-day requirements from the client.
* Carry out monthly Emergency Light Tests.
* Escort Contractors when required.
* Meet contract KPIs and SLAs.
* Maintain high performance standards for staff.
* Manage Quality, Health, Safety & Environment responsibilities.
* Ensure the contract is statutory compliant.
* Complete planned maintenance and reactive works effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure subcontracted services are carried out and managed efficiently and per the schedule.
Qualifications and experience
* Relevant up-to-date electrical qualifications.
