We are are looking for an experienced Finance Systems Manager to join our Group Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our finance systems landscape, leading improvements, and ensuring our EPM (Tagetik) and ERP (COINS) platforms support the business effectively. In this role, you'll take ownership of the maintenance, development and optimisation of our Group EPM application (Tagetik) and the GL and Costing ledgers within COINS. You'll work closely with finance, IT and external partners to deliver system enhancements, lead transformation initiatives and ensure data integrity across all platforms. What You'll Do You Will Become a subject-matter expert in the configuration and workings of Tagetik. Lead finance transformation projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Align finance applications with changing business needs. Build and maintain system reports. Ensure data integrity and reconcile key data interfaces. Provide high-level end user support and escalate issues where needed. Support monthly management accounts, forecasting and budgeting. Assist with annual financial accounts preparation across finance and tax. Act as the key link between finance and IT. Maintain and develop data structures across multiple systems. Support and guide the Finance Systems Administrator. Lead system upgrades and work with IT/external partners to resolve system issues. Produce and maintain detailed systems documentation. What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years' experience working specifically with finance systems (e.g., Tagetik, COINS, or similar EPM/ERP tools). Administration or super-user experience of an EPM system (essential). Qualified accountant (essential). Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Access (essential). Advanced Excel skills (preferred). Basic understanding of SQL, data models and Power Apps (desirable). Strong problem‑solving ability and logical thinking. Proactive approach to process improvement. Confident communicator who can work well with technical and non-technical teams. Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and building strong stakeholder relationships.
