Key Responsibilities
* Providing targeted pastoral support to individual students and small groups
* Managing the school's "Internal Exclusion" or "Reflection Room" to maintain positive behaviour
* Liaising with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student welfare
* Monitoring student behaviour patterns and implementing effective intervention strategies
* Supporting the transition process for vulnerable students and those with high needs
* Contributing to the school’s safeguarding procedures as a Deputy DSL where required
* Working closely with Heads of Year to promote a culture of respect and high aspirations
