Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative environment.
* Manage food production processes, ensuring efficiency and adherence to safety regulations.
* Develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, complying with health and safety standards.
* Train new staff members in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen operations.
* Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
* In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
* Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
* Excellent leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, along with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
