We’re working with a weing primary school in South Gloucestershire to recruitpassionate andmitted SEN Teaching Assistants who thrive in inclusive, nurturing, and dynamic learning environments.
Your Role Will Include:
1. Providing tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
2. Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
3. Creating a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
4. Supporting pupils with munication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs
5. Assisting with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities
What We’re Looking For:
6. A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
7. Strongmunication and collaboration skills
8. Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) – highly desirable
9. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – an advantage, but not essential
