We are seeking a skilled Stylist to join our team at our salon in Leighton buzzard. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
Duties
* Provide high-quality hair styling services to clients
* Perform hairdressering services with precision and creativity
* Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience
* Mentor junior stylists to help them develop their skills
* Assist with front desk duties when needed
Skills
* Previous experience in store management is advantageous
* Strong customer service skills are essential
* Proficiency in hairdressing techniques
* Excellent communication skills to interact with clients effectively
* Demonstrated ability in mentoring junior stylists
