My client a leading manufacturer based in Carlisle are seeking a Internal Sales Advisor. This is a key role in driving success through strong customer relationships and seamless sales processes.
My client operating from a purpose built site in Carlisle are a market leader in there product offering. They are part of a larger US Group which facilitates a global customer base.
As Internal Sales Advisor reporting to the Sales Manager you will:
* Make outbound calls to existing customers and generate new leads.
* Provide quotations and advice across our full product range.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
* Use Salesforce to track activities and manage opportunities.
* Process orders accurately using Orderwise.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order progression.
* Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and identify training needs.
The most desirable Internal Sales Advisor applicant will have:
* Proven experience in outbound sales and relationship building.
* Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and Orderwise (preferred).
* Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
£26,000 - £28,000 plus benefits
Please note this role is full time on-site in Carlisle.
