We are currently recruiting for two Materials Administrators to support Siemens' Rail Systems service business. This position plays a key role in ensuring materials availability for projects and fleets by coordinating purchasing activities, managing inventory records, and providing high-level clerical support to the materials management function.
This is an excellent opportunity for organised professionals with strong administrative and data management skills to join a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience in administration, materials coordination, purchasing, or supply chain environments.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Confident communicator capable of working with multiple stakeholders.
* Comfortable managing data and maintaining accurate records.
* Able to prioritise workload in a fast-paced operational setting.
