We are actively seeking a Guest Services Assistant who will provide and enhance an exceptional guest experience, focusing on the smallest gestures and going the extra mile. You must inspire the Front of House team in all areas of guest services to ensure each guest receives a memorable service.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide a seamless guest experience through personalized service.
* Collaborate with the Guest Services Manager to review and improve the guest journey based on feedback.
* Engage with guests throughout their stay to create a warm, welcoming environment.
* Support reception and concierge teams.
* Communicate hotel business updates via daily meetings and internal channels.
* Flag VIPs with correct status and amenities, and conduct research on guests.
* Check VIP rooms to ensure standards and amenities are met.
* Provide welcome cards and messages for special occasions.
* Maintain and prepare the VIP arrivals list and communicate relevant information.
* Capture and utilize guest profiling data to personalize experiences.
* Handle complaints effectively, ensuring guest satisfaction and follow-up.
