Job Summary
We may conduct our interviews in person or using Microsoft Teams for video calling. All you need is a device with a camera and access to the internet. We will provide guidance and instructions on how to use this method if your interview is being held virtually.
The Financial Inclusion Officer will provide Universal Credit support to council tenants across North Ayrshire and identify wider support needs, carry out pre-tenancy visits assist with charitable grants, and provide budgeting advice to ensure the most effective service delivery to clients.
