What you need to know
Our vacancy is for a Creative Programmes Manager who will play an important role in our Engagement Team.
The purpose of this role is to assist with the planning, management and delivery of high-quality engagement projects to all sectors of the community, both nationally and locally, and to play an active role in the day-to-day running and long-term vision of the Engagement Team. The role will include working closely with the Engagement Creative Manager and Head of Engagement to review, refine, and enhance engagement programmes, ensuring they remain impactful, accessible, and aligned with Scottish Ballet’s strategic goals.
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with external partners is key to the success of this role.
In a nutshell, we want to hear from you if you have:
 * Demonstrated experience in delivering dance education as well as overseeing and coordinating a variety of participatory dance projects.
 * Proven ability to assist with initiating, developing, and sustaining effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders to support collaborative project delivery.
 * Experience of choreographing and devising work with people of varying ages and abilities.
 * Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish excellent working relationships both internally at Scottish Ballet and externally.
 * Ability and willingness to work to own initiative and as part of a team.
It’s a full-time role:
 * The role is full-time, 35 hours per week.
 * Salary is £32,000 to £34,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
 * Working hours will align with the Engagement programme, and will at times include some evening and weekend work.
